FTC sues Amazon, OpenAI seeks $80B-$90B valuation in secondary offering
The FTC and 17 states have sued Amazon, alleging the company violated antitrust laws by using “anti-discounting measures that punished merchants for offering lower prices elsewhere,” amongst other violations - Link
WSJ sources: OpenAI is discussing a secondary share sale that would value the company at between $80B-$90B, ~3x its most recent valuation, as the startup is on track to generate ~$1B in revenue in 2023 - Link
