Welcome to the new and improved TWiST Ticker

Welcome back to the Ticker (This Week in Startups’ newsletter)!

Exciting news! We are shaking things up around here - new name, new focus, and we want you involved!

What’s changing? This week on the pod, Jason and Alex began collecting names for the TWIST500, a living list of the most important startups in the world. Each week on the show, we’ll add new companies to the list until we reach its cap of 500. Then, we’ll start to excise companies that either exit or lose their shine, replacing them with new startups.

Our goal is to keep you updated on the startups that are most important to pay attention to and share with you what they are up to week by week.

To that end, the Ticker—now called the TWIST500 newsletter—will feature startups added to the TWIST500 and news and updates concerning their performance. We’ll still share key news events, provide links to startup demos, and share the latest shows, but expect this email to become more focused and useful moving forward.
